READ BEFORE ORDERING
Please review the information below carefully before submitting a custom order request. Placing an order indicates agreement with the terms outlined below.​
ORDER MINIMUMS
All decorated cookie orders require a 2 dozen minimum. Pricing is per dozen and based on the selected design tier.​
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the event date. If final payment is not received by the due date, the order will be canceled automatically, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Please note: The deposit does not equal half of the order quantity. A partial payment does not reserve partial product.
For rush orders, the full balance is required upfront to secure the order.​
ORDER TIMING & RUSH FEES
Custom orders must be placed in advance. Orders booked one week or less from the event date are subject to a 50% rush order fee, if availability allows. Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are never guaranteed.​
Planning ahead is strongly encouraged to ensure availability and timely completion.​
PICKUP & DELIVERY
All orders are pickup or delivery only. Shipping is not available.

Off-Hours Pickup:
Pickup outside of the scheduled window is subject to an additional $35 convenience fee and availability.
Missed Pickups:
Missed pickup orders will be coordinated for the next available pickup time, which may not align with the original event date or time. Clients are responsible for planning accordingly.​
DESIGN & CREATIVE DIRECTION
Reference photos are used for inspiration only. Exact replicas are not guaranteed unless specified within the appropriate design tier. Creative discretion may be applied to ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards.
Logos, characters, and photo-matching designs are only available within designated design tiers.​
ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Eazy Bake Bee operates in a kitchen that uses shared equipment. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee allergen-free desserts.
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including eggs, wheat, dairy, and nuts.​

Eazy Bake Bee is a cottage food operation. All products are made in compliance with local cottage food regulations.​
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Cookies are individually packaged and heat sealed for freshness.
Shelf life is up to 2 weeks when stored properly and may be extended by freezing until the day before your event. Freezing does not affect taste or appearance.​
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of all orders, all sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.​
